Hello,
I have three exts that are currently "real" in that they are attached to phones. I need to make them virtual because the users that use them are remote and those desks will soon be occupied.
How would I do this? Is this in LD 20?

Thanks.

where do you want the virtual ext to end up if they are dialed? for a forward to voice mail, out the ext or change the dn and go to load 23

what do you want the numbers to do after you finish? is 61 a virtual card? the des seems to think so. if that phone physical then it's a real card.

Yes, 61 is a virtual card. There is no phone on 61 2. I guess I want the existing ext to be just a mailbox. There is no one answer calls to it as the user is not in our office.
I'm new to this so I guess I'm not sure what I'm asking.

that ok, you learn by trying..
