Hi,
formerly, I was receiving calls from an ANALOG CARD into my ACD group 7200, but now they don't enter anywhere.
My questions are:
- How can I verify the route assigned to those analog lines?
- How can I assign a route to another lines in the card?

Thanks in advance for your invaluable help.
Marco

prt the tnb of the card.. or single ports.. rtmb shows route and member.. ld 21 ltm shows all routes with a list of members..

to move a trunk from a route, ld 14 chg the the trunks type ie cot did

Late though this is, if your analog card is not presenting calls to your ACD, have you verified that the line still exists?

This sounds like you have a line fault, or faults.

on the route, look at auto yes, then the trunk will have atdn.. also note the acod, dial that to test the trunks outbound.. if you don't know the inbound number, it can be hard to trac.. but dial the acod then any phone that shows clid, unless you know the anac for your area

Thanks, I have verified and the line still exists and is working properly (in reallity, there are 2 analog lines).
The "physical" connection seem ok too.

Thanks in advance for your invaluable help.
