How to create tooltip using tcl/tk?

Anyone knows how to create a "ToolTip" in Tcl/Tk? What is the code like? Thanks in advance!

It turns out you have a wealth of choices. Everyone seems to have their own favorite approach to implementing tooltips (aka "balloon help&quot, and support for them appear in many extensions as well as standalone code.
