how to create subform or popform??

Hello,

I try to create subform depends on the main form. I already have the main form(web page) called Patients and need to create subform(called examiniations)links by PatientID. Because one patient can have mutiful examinations, then I can add new examinations by mutiful times.

can u be more specific...what tables?how many?what field is being inserted? etc.
look into this concept:
"Create a record and pass created RecordID"

i think BEJW is trying to convert an access app into a browser-based app...

BEJW,

you can open a new window via a link and pass the patientID to that window to enter the data in a new form...but this would be more of a javascript question and there is an excellent FAQ in the javascript forum that is simple to modify to fit your needs

i'm a bit flummoxed how to add a link to the page to point at the URL cleanly...I have seen it done but the TGML info does not indicate how to do this...so
