Dear all,

Can you pls. tell me how to configure sub-domains in apache?
eg. my domain name is domain.com. I want to create sub-domain as mail.domain.com or abc.domain.com

pls help me in this.

regards
Tushar

Just another note: You don't have to create a sub-domain in apache for your mail server. Just create an "A" record for it pointing mail.yourdomain.com to your ip (can be the same as web server's ip), then create an "MX" record showing that mail.yourdomain.com handles the mail for yourdomain.com. The question about sub-domains gets asked quite a bit so as wullie says, you should be able to find all the info and links in the FAQs. If you run into any particular problems setting them up or getting them to work, just let us know.
