Hi,
I have two fields: Division and Project no.
Division belongs to Division A, Division B, or Division C
When a project is created it is first assigned to a Division and then given a autonumbered Project no (Autonumbers are consecutive- they are not unique to each division. So Division A can open Project no. 1, Division B can open Project no. 2, etc......)
Each division has it's own unique name, phone and fax nos.
I would like to create a report whereby a user can say create report for project 123 but print it on the report for Division A (since the name, phone and fax nos) are different.
Any idea on how to do that?
(Example: Print project no. 123 which is for Division A (field name is [A] )
Print project no. 124 which is for Division B (field name is )
