How to create Query?

Good morning all. I am looking for someone that would be able to help me in creating a specific query in SMS. I need this query to find all users of the domain who have not logged into a machine in 6 months. This would help me greatly in managing old or no longer needed user accounts. Any help would be great. Thanks.
