how to create monthly report

Hi,
I am using access and Vb script together..
I use VB script to extract data every 30 minutes for port status
I can also retrive that data in access and create a daily report.
My question is how can i create a report for every month ??
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Collect the data to a table and prepare a query date by month an report basing the query.
