It's really easy to create your own toolbar. Simply right click on a toolbar and select "Customize", then select the button labeled "New" and name your new command bar. Under the tab labeled "Toolbars", select your newly created commandbar (so that it is highlighted) and then select properties. You can then specify whether the new commandbar you created is a menubar, toolbar, or popmenubar. Close out of the properties dialog box and select the tab entitled commands, then simply drag the items you want included onto your commandbar. Then, in your form, goto the property Menubar (or Toolbar or ShortCutMenu bar) and select the commandbar you created. Then, when you open the form, your menubar (toolbar, etc) will be displayed rather than the one Access defaults to. Good luck,
Kuzz
