Is it possible for me to create a meeting request which will automatically adjust for anyone opening it in a different time zone?

Meeting requests should adjust automatically. When this doesn't happen, it's usually because someone doesn't have their timezone set properly - it could be the sender or recipient.

can you explain in detail by what you mean by
"it's usually because someone doesn't have their timezone set properly - it could be the sender or recipient."
how do we set up the time zone.

How to get there varies slightly depending on your version of Windows, but it's usually: Control Panel, Date & Time

ohh you mean to say set the time to particular time zone but the thing is thats not what i want. I want is that if i have set up a meeting at 11 am est then a person with time zone as west coast should also see it as 11 am and not 8 am .
I dont know whether its possible to do or not?
thanks for your help though

The only way for that to happen, would be for the person on the west coast would have to have their time zone set for EST (GMT-5:00), but why would you want to do that? At 11 am on the west coast, the 11 am east coast meeting would already be over.
