How to create indexed databases?

Hello programmers! How can i create tables in Builder with indexed columns. If a row from a table is changed the indexed column fom the other tables could be changed automatically.I suppose i am clear but anyway ask details if you need. Thanks a lot for this forum so i can exist in Computer changing World!

These link two tables by field name.
