How to Create GIF Buttons?

Hi Guys:
I'm New to Macromedia .
Can anyone help me How to create Gif Buttons ?
I checked this site

But it's not that much flexible on size Text Color, Backgrouond Color..
I have Macromedia on my PC , can Macromedia Help me in creating Button.??

Macromedia as in Fireworks? Flash? Dreamweaver?

Macromedia is a company which produces various software packages for Web Designers.

To answer you question I would have to know what program you have. Fireworks is a good one for animated gifs and you can export flash files as animated gifs from what I hear although I have never tried it. Ya' Gotta Love It!

Did you create that "OLDNEWBIE" logo/banner in Flash? Looks nice. Ya' Gotta Love It!

Designed with Flax (+/- 40$), imported and edited in Flash, exported drom Flash as an .avi movie (just can get to export an acceptable animated gif from Flash!), and then converted to an animated gif in Gif Construction Set!
And then find a free host, that will accept links from other sites. It's on F2s at the moment, but as you probably know, free hosting on F2s ends in February!

A lot of work, for a simple signature!
