How to create Form to update a company file.

Learning Clarion 8 & 9.1
I have been trying to produce a form to update a one record file, ie. Company file. Have had no success basing my learning on the Invoice example app, using the Embed GlobalRequest=ChangeRecord at the Accepted embed point in the Main procedure. Where am I missing the point?
