How to create email hub in Lotus Notes? 1

Can anybody advise on the cost of installing an email hub that
several users have access to. Basically a group email address that a Sales team would receive emails into.

I need to do a cost/benefit analysis for this. Would Lotus notes already have the capabilities for doing this or would it need a purchase of software?

If I understand your question, you're looking for a single mail database that multiple users have access to. If that's the case, I'd suggest you use the TeamMail template (I think it's available from openntf.org). We use it for our customer service group and it works great (and it's free).
