How to create custom paper size of 11X17 inchs for a report

Can anyone answer this question of mine. I would like to define the size of paper for my report. My users need it to have it print to 11x17 inch paper and display it on print preview. I have it opening up in landscape just fine, but my users now want it on 11X17 inch paper. If and one has code or an idea on how to do this I will be most greatfuly.

You have to do this in Windows.
In WinXP you display the list of printers in Control Panel, highlight your printer in the list and then choose File>ServerProperties from the menu.
You can then use the 'Create New Form' option.
