How to create an ecard with flash and possibly cgi - HELP!!

In a site we are creating on ecards we need a drag - drop facility done in flash were the user drags various items onto the stage and when finished they can send this card by clicking send and sending it by entering in their name and email and the recievers name and email and message, so when submitted the ecard will be stored in a database on the server and the reciever gets an email saying the message and a link to the ecard.
Does anyone know how to do this it would be greatly appreciated!!
