Hi all

Sorry if this seems to be an easy question to some of you but I'm trying to add some shapes to an existing JPG image and fill the shape (which is a triangle) with a solid colour (Blue).

I understand that you have to open the image > Create a new vector layer > select preset shapes.

This is where I'm stuck. When you draw an image on the open JPG the preset shape is not solid.

How do I do this guys?

I'm using version PSP 7.00

Many thanks
Lee

Uncheck the "retain style" option in the Tool Options palette for the Preset Shapes and then set a background/fill color for your shape (the fill color is the bottom style box).

The retain style option will always create the shape just like it appears in the preview box.
