I want to set up an auto attendant like following: Thank you for calling XXX, please dial the extention number or press 0 for operator. Could anyone give me the detail precedure to achieve such function in small office. Thanks so much. (I found the Auto Attendant option in configration tree, but I don't know how to use it)

unfortunatly the embedded auto attendant can only react to single keypresses so dialing an ext No. is not posible
basic settup is a s follows:-
Add the auto attendant & give it a name.
select the actions tab & select the function for each keypress (tfer operator, tfer normal, replay greeting or not defined).
Select the dest for each keypress.
in incomming call route ad an entry with a destination of AA:<Attendant Name>
