How to create ACD? 1

Hi! I'm trying to create ACD in LD 23 but every time i input numbers on ACDN, there is an error appear. SCH0730..Please help..what does sch0730 means and how can i program ACD. THANKS...

the error is telling you the number you are using for the new ACD is already being used....

SCH0730 DN conflicts with existing number

acdn ( new number here )

ncfw ( put the number here you want the ACD to point to )

remember do not make changes to ACD's always out them the rebuild them...

tHANKS, what if i would like to put the acdn number with the existing 1? How could be able to put it without the sch0730 error?

Numbers can be two things at the same time. If you want a number to be ACD, you will have to remove the other thing with the same number.
