I had a look around but don't see anything. How do I create codes for user's to make outside calls. I'm familiar with the SV8300 but the SV8100 is foreign to me.
Belvedere thank you. My apologies if I used the wrong word, the person that setup the SV8100 issued the users with 6 digit codes to use to make phone calls with. I'm managing a site with a SV8300 but was called to assist, now the staff want new 6-digit codes as there was a breach and their codes leaked. To issue them with new 6 digit codes or override the old ones, is MB 21-07 the correct place? I don't see the old/existing codes there
Many Thanks Sir, I find it at 21-14 before I saw your reply. Also, I didn't know I had to download the data first before I could see the pins. Once I downloaded data I could see the accounts
