Does anyone know how to create a custom dictionary in Word 2003 (US English) that uses unicode characters (characters beyond the ANSI range).
The language is Hawaiian. There is no Hawaiian spell checker that I could find, and the Microsoft Proofing tools don't have Hawaiian (The characters are a, e, i, o, u with macrons on top of each letter).
I did see that Word 2003 does have "limited" language support for Hawaiian, but I could not find out what "limited" means.
I've also been looking around for a spell checker plug-in/application that can read a unicode dictionary and work with Word 2003.
Another possbility that I'm unable to test is using the Multi-language version of Windows/Word.
