How to create a URL that will pass prompt to IWR Report

I tried doing this:
i change machinename to our server name. I wonder why it's still asking for login and password. Is there something we have to change in the server properties? Also, after inputting the username and password, it just shows the page THE REPORT IS RUNNING but did not actually generate the report.
