Maybe somebody has a template of this but I am looking to create a list of a top 72. I have 72 questions that could have a variety of answers in it. And I need something that will list the top answer to each question, if that makes any sense. E.g. Favourite corporate citizen? And that could be any number of people, but the one person that would come up the most would be the winner of that category.
I've never used access before, and maybe this is not the best program for this type of thing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Access can do this with no problem. What is your table structure for the answers to the questions?

Use a PivotTable either in Access or Excel. But as stated, any further help needs table structure.

I'd make a query that groups by the question, and answer and counts on either of those fields.

Next I would make a query based off that query that groups by Question and gets the max of the count field.

Finally I would innerjoin the 2 queries on the question and the count to Max count field. It should display the question and the answer.

There may be other (better) methods but without the table structure this is the easiest implementation.

Not sure what you mean about a table structure.

Table Structure: Table names, Field names, indexes, relationships to other tables (or schema).
