How to Create a Splash Screen that the User and Deactivate After Initi

I need to create a splash screen which the user can deactivate after its initial viewing via check box. Any ideas?

I would create the splash screen and include a skip intro button on the page somewhere that links to a forward frame later in the flash doc (the first frame after the actual splash).

I don't know how to do that in Access!!!
