how to create a service

I have a 2kserver with Active directory, and I have a program to manage telephone cost (both client and server sides), but if i want my telephone program in server run I must logon the 2kserver. can you suggest me to create a service with path to my telephone program, i think it can help me in the case i not at company (server restart).
My English not well, hope you understand.

Look at srvany.exe in the windows resource kit.

Can you point me more detail about srvany.exe, I don't know where to find it.
 
Look into sc.exe from the resource kit.

sc create "Service Name" binpath= c:\temp\some.exe
sc config "Service Name" start= auto
sc start "Service Name"
