How to create a report of mail flow

Using Notes 6. We would like to create a report of:
a.-the number of remaining messages in an inbox with a creation date/time before yesterday 4M.
b. -the total number of messages in the All documents folder of yesterday
c. -the total number of messages in the send folder of yesterday

d. a devided by(b minus C)* 100%
