You can use the OWC, or office web components to make all kinds of stuff that you would normally find in Excel. You need to have the component installed on your webserver, though. (it comes for free with Office 2000)
If you don't mind not having pie-charts, and bar graphs are okay with you, then you can create a solution using all HTML and ASP (with no excess components needed)
