Using Avaya IP Office Manager version 10.1.0.2.0 Build 2

In Extension, we see colum ID, Extension, Module and Port. All extensions there are "Numerical Extension".

For example, the ID 27 is with extension 239 on Module BD2 and Port 3.

I deleted two extensions to switch them with the Module and Port but aren't able to re-create them. I can create an extension H323 or a SIP extension but in both case, cannot choose Module and Port and the other extension are "Numerical Extension" which is not just same. Different icons and different settings.

I can import a template which is a .EXT file but don't see them anywhere.

I can copy an existing extension and paste it but cannot change the ID, Module or Port of it.

I'm not even sure if we need the Extensions because in the User section, we also have extension and this is working. The ones I deleted are still working.

Nortel4Ever is right with the reboot
as a rule of thumb you can tell yourself that analog and digital ports of any kind are automatically created by the system as they are a physical port. IP extensions you need to create manually (or set the system to do it when you log in a phone)

You just saved my day! A complete reboot in the Advanced menu brought the extensions back, was then just a matter of associating them with the right user extensions, save the config and then you wait an eternity like 15 minutes for all phones to come back up online.

Thank you so much!
