How to create a new user that will be sharing a telephone 1

How do I create a new user that will be sharing a telephone (5410) with another user?

I am assuming that each user will be using the same phone at different times.
Create the user as u would normally do (u can use copy function)
make sure you have password setup in user>Telephony>supervisor settings for both users.
This will help the user to login whenever they want to usa the phone.
