How to create a mouseover button to play .avi file

Hi, I need some help with creating code for a button that plays a movie clip, an .avi file, when I mouseover it. If possible, I want it to play backwards when mouse is not over button anymore. Any help is appreciated.

import the film into flash,

for reversing it read thread250-417312, i think it's some quite similar stuff that was answered there. regards
