How to create a guest acct?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to make a temporary guest account that allows a guest to do nothing but finger any user?

Here are the rough steps I would use:
- create an ordinary user
- edit the .profile to do the following:
Trap Ctrl-C to prevent break-out
Use a menu or prompt for a username (maybe in a loop)
Run "finger" command on the username
Run "exit" command in the .profile (to force a logout)
- test it thoroughly to try to break it, before letting others use it
