How to create a diver diskette?

I downloaded the source code for my ata-raid controller and compiled it in RedHat9. I now have the objects I need to make a driver diskette. I'm not sure where to start. Any documentation would be greatly appreciated. I need to create a disk so that I can install the driver at installation time.
