depends on the webserver you're using. apache automatically makes itself a cgi-bin directory, as for the others, their help files will likely explain it. if you can't find it there, try asking the forum specific to your webserver. "If you think you're too small to make a difference, try spending a night in a closed tent with a mosquito."
