How to creat a Inventory Control System

I am working on a 2003 version of access. Does anyone have a template of inventory control that would like to share. I cant seem to figure out this software and looking for someone that knows how to use this. If you think you can help please let me know.

Have you looked at the Inventory Control Template that ships with Access? File>New>General Templates...
