how to crack/ recover forgotten password?

Hi everyone! A user created a file in excel and set a password on it. Unfortunately, he forgot the password he set.&nbsp;&nbsp;Is there anyway we can do to remember the password in win98?<br>If there is, how?<br><br>Thanks again.
