How to covert screen-print capture to editable document

Does anybody know any software or how to convert the screen-print capture into editable true type fonts document. Help!!

The only thing I know of is to past it in Word and then you can draw arrows to point out stuff but I've never heard of anything that allows you to edit the actual print in the capture aside from a graphics editor. Jay

You could print it out on paper then use a flatbed scanner with OCR
