How to couple ColdFusion 4.5.1. with ORACLE on Windows2000Server?

On a dedicated server the WEB-server is established under the control of operating system Windows2000Server
and InternetInformationServer,Server part ColdFusion 4.5.1., client part ORACLE 8.1.5
On a dedicated server of a DB is established by a DB ORACLE 8.1.5
The client ORACLE 8.1.5 normally communicates from Web of the server to the server of a DB.
The problems arise at scribing the reference on a DB in ODBC, the reference is added but to view objects of a DB it is impossible.
At later version ORACLE 8.1.7 in ODBC all objects of a DB are visible.
Further. At later version ORACLE 8.1.7 in ÎÄÁÑ all objects of a DB are visible.
Further. At addition of the reference on a DB in ColdFusion Administrator the functional check does not transit
The error " Error cannot load Resource file sqresus.dll " is given
That is at ORACLE 8.1.5. there is no link from ODBC absolutely, at ORACLE 8.1.7 links from a DB from ODBC is but there is no link (not verify) from ColdFusion Adminictrator.
Such problems.
