How to correct wrong Video Setting choice.

I've just ran into a WinNT server running terminal services and it looks like someone chose a wrong video sync setting and so the whole screen is out-of-sync (and all I see is fast moving horizontal lines).

I need to know how to start up in some type of mode where I can either disable the video driver or choose a setting other than the one now selected.

I'm looking to get some type of "safe mode" area in WinNT...

Any help is greatly appreciated...

Yes safe mode should get you there - press F8 at boot up.
