How to correct the update statement

Hello All,

I am having an update statement in my jsp. It is running well when I am changing the while form fields (name, username, country), but when I am changing one field suppose the name, it is sending "" null values.

I am doing a simple update statement. Is there any statement that should I provide before running the update?
