How to correct INVALID ARGUMENT - #NAME? problem?

Every time I run a complicated query or even have someone do a FILTER BY FORM / APPLY FILTER, I get an Invalid Argument pop up and then all of the fields change to #NAME?

I tried a detect and repair, that didn't seem to help.

Ideas? Tips? Thanks.
