How to correct dumping problem for 12 lim system

We have a working 12lim system running BC12sp8 software.The system is running okay except that we can't make successful dump,as shown below, can someone help me how I can solve this problem, thanks.

Try to SFCEI; then if there are faulty unit(s), you need the RFPUI the faulty unit(s).
 
DDEM is Common Function Unit and in your case is placed in LIM6. RFPUI do nothing, problem is probably on PCM lines to LIM6.

The system backup is successfully restored after the carrier changed pcm link modem. You are right the problem
was attributed to faulty pcm link.
