Hi,
we have a secretary who manages several calendars for the bosses. One boss wants the public calendar to synchronize with his Blackberry. He does not use Outlook and all his emails go to his Blackberry via BBES. The problem is, since he's not using Outlook, we cannot copy the public calendar to this personal calendar (which is what you can synchronize with BB). What we did was, we created an accout in outlook, shared his personal calendar to the secretary, and set up that calendar on the secretary's Outlook so she could see his personal calendar on her Outlook. She then should be able to copy the public calendar to his shared calendar. When we select "Copy" on the public calendar, the folder list (inbox, calendar, sent, etc) shows but not his personal calendar. She has all the permissions to the calendar so why can't she see the shared calendar?
Any thoughts/suggestions greatly appreciated.
