How to copy permission of document

Hi...

Recently, I wrote a java batch program to create PDF files of any Open Office documents.

However, I am stuck right now at transferring/copying all the permission of Open Office documents into the created PDF files.

I hope someone can share with me any info/knowledge for this particular issue of mine.
