how to copy or convert a MAS90 general ledger report to Excel

How can I copy or convert a MAS90 general ledger report to Excel. If I copy to clipboard and paste into an Excel sheet the information is jumbled. I then have to format text to colums in order to fix it. This is time consuming. Is there something else I can do which would be quicker?
Please advise. Thank you!

Is this a crystal report? If so just export it to Excel.

I believe you are supposed to go through the printer options and select export file. Is this what you mean?
