how to copy frames & layers

Hi everyone
I am new here and i would be very pleased if someone could give me some info.I am trying through tutorials to learn flash but i have some questions.
Could somebody tell me a fast way to learn actionscript?
how can i copy frames from one layer to an other or hole layers from one project to an other?

No fast or easy way! Work, work, work and no play! Books, tutorials, dissecting available .flas. They're everywhere!

The easiest, to answer your second question, is to right-click the timeline, Select All Frames->Copy Frames, create a new movie clip or open up a new project, right-click the blank keyframe and Copy Frames.
