How to copy format in Crystal?

Is there a way to copy format in Crystal similar to Excel?

I have a report with a lot of formulas and it takes me 90% of my time to format all the cells. Is there a way to speed this process up? I can't see a Copy Format option and when I try Paste Special, it's not like in Excel.

How do you approach formatting a lot of cells problem when you design your report? Any suggestions?

Not that I have run into. You can select multiple objects by holding down the control key and clicking on your set of objects individually, then you can format tehm all at once.

You can also use your mouse to draw a rectangle, and all objects within the rectangle are chose automatically. This works very well if you wish to format all objects in the range at the same time, but not so well if you have objects scattered around the report that you want to format. Dear All,

Little formatting tip.

If you have a field that is formatted (font, size, color, bold) whatever and you want other fields to have the same attributes:

Select all fields and select the correctly formatted field LAST. Right click/format objects/click OK!

All the fields will have the attributes of the last field selected.

This is helpful for the scattered field approach. Just remember, select the field whose formatting you want to copy LAST (undo button is handy here if you mess up - also undo on formatting multiple objects unavailable in Preview so do this in design view).
