How to copy bookmarks from pdf document to a textfile

First sorry for my bad english but I hope you understand what I what ;-)...

I need a possibility (or function) to read out the bookmarks of a pdf document and save them in a textfile or something else...

Thanx for your help....

Sorry this is not possiable using Acrobat Reader. Have tried. If you can't fix it in 20 call someone who can.

There is a possibility to do this, but these programms are very expensive because they have even more functions, but I need only this one described function.
