how to copy all the stored procedure between two databases?

I am having trouble copying all the store procedure between two database.

is there a way to do it.?

You could highlight all of the scripts you are after, in Enterprise Manager, then right-click and choose "generate script". Take the sql file created and run it in Query Analyzer on the target machine.

In DTS choose "Copy SQL Server Object Task".
