I have a co-worker that refuses to use Outlook thru Act. She has to use Act email and all her email are on her old computer.

I told her that she cannot have any of her old emails. Is there anyway I can get those files?

Hello trimelater,
If your co-worker is using ACT!'s Internet Email the email messages are in the \\ACT\Mail\Internet folder.

All of the Notes/History attachments for the emails will be pointing to a specific folder location. So to make her/your life easier I would suggest you place the folder(s) in the same location on the new computer.

If not try this freebie from Northwoods: to reattach the emails to their new location.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Michael

ps: I also use Internet Email only with ACT!. I find it quicker and more stable than Outlook. ;-)
