How to copy a file from an extreme summit 450 ?

Do i just need to use tftp to transfer the file or can i use scp ?

You can use tftp server to download or upload file.

exemple :

tftp 192.168.1.3 test.cfg ===> download file from tftp server to the switch

tftp put 192.168.1.3 primary.cfg ===> upload file from the switch to the tftp server
